We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Moore County, North Carolina. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
