Kitchen cook wanted in Brooks County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Brooks County, Georgia. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
