Your main tasks: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Six days a week, one day off.
