Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Wabash County, Indiana. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Part-time with flexible hours. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
