What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Day-to-day duties: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
