Acoustic insulation fitter — Williamson County

Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Williamson County, Illinois. You will work on a high-rise façade. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On the job you will handle: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Full-time, day shift.
