Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Coconino County, Arizona. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
