Gas service engineer • Sherman County, Nebraska

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Sherman County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. On a typical shift you will fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
