Immediate opening: lift erector (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Vigo County, Indiana. The job is on a lift modernisation project. The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
