Catering cook — Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Knox County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
