Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Wichita County, Kansas. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
