Chef de partie wanted in Oconto County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Oconto County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
