Confectioner wanted in Cambria County

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time, day shift.
