We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Monroe County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
