Gtaw welder — Charanchi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Charanchi, Katsina State. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Day-to-day duties: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦650 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
