Hydraulic press operator wanted in Somerset County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Somerset County, New Jersey. The job is at a busy press shop. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
