Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Nassau County, New York. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
