Vacancy available: GMAW welder (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Reynolds County, Missouri. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
