Urgent requirement: stone mason (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stone mason in Midlothian, Scotland. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding The role involves restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer £3,050 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Share your details and we will call you back.
