Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bridgend county borough, Wales. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
