Food and beverage server — Allegany County

Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Allegany County, New York. You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
