Quality control inspector — Appanoose County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Appanoose County, Iowa. You will be based on a garment production line. On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
