Join our team: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Cherokee County, Iowa. You will work at a busy body shop. Day to day you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
