Urgent requirement: acoustic insulation fitter (California)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Sacramento County, California. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding 5+ years on the tools preferred.
