Slinger signaller wanted in Franklin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Franklin County, Vermont. You will be based at a shipyard. Day to day you will select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
