Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
