You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines The role involves pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
