Lift maintenance fitter — Kleberg County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Kleberg County, Texas. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You will run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
