The role involves: • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Negotiate prices and close the deal You should have: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge Six days a week, one day off.
