We are recruiting: canteen cook (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cleveland County, North Carolina. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
