Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Wilkes County, North Carolina. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred.
