Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Allamakee County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
