Line cook wanted in Greene County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Greene County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 3+ years on the tools preferred.
