We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jefferson County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
