Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Sanga, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer ₦65,000 per month plus benefits.
