Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Cass County, Nebraska. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. The role involves: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 6+ years on the tools preferred.
