We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Roane County, West Virginia. You will be based in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work On the job you will handle: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
