Painter and decorator wanted in Saint Mary's County

Now hiring: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Your main tasks: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
