Back-of-house cleaner • Terrell County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Terrell County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
