Pipe tig welder wanted in Irele

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Irele, Ondo State. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦11,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
