Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Gallatin County, Kentucky. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion The role involves install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints.
