UPVC window fabricator wanted in Dare County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Dare County, North Carolina. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop The role involves: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile Rotating shifts. $4,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
