Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Campbell County, Wyoming. The job is at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off.
