Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
