Truck driver wanted in Wheeler County

Join our team: we are hiring a truck driver in Wheeler County, Nebraska. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day to day you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
