Argon welder wanted in Waller County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Waller County, Texas. Requirements: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
