Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Benzie County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
