Now hiring: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Ilesha West, Osun State. The job is at a container freight yard. On a typical shift you will check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off. Requirements: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
