The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines You should have: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
