Milling machinist • City of Hopewell, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machinist in City of Hopewell, Virginia. The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
